I have found that creating a small kitchen shrine reminds me of the sacred connection between my, body, soul and the food that is being prepared. Place things on the shrine that will remind you of what you need—a small statue, a photo of your teacher or mentors, fresh flowers—anything beautiful that speaks to your heart.
